Pewter Expressions, in conjunction
with Seagull Pewter, will replace any defective merchandise or, merchandise
damaged in shipping, at no cost to the purchaser.
Damages/Defectives Notification
must be made to Pewter Expressions within 4 business days of receipt of order.

with the Subject Line “Damaged or Defective Pewter Merchandise”.
In the Body of the email, please indicate Order Number, Product Number and
details of the damage.
Pewter Expressions will email you
a “Return Authorization Number” (RAN) and information on the process to
return/replace your pewter item. Returns will not be accepted without a Return
Authorization Number (RAN). Returned merchandise must be in original packaging. Please Correctly Complete all necessary customs forms indicating that the package is a 'RETURN'. Any additional customs charges will be charged to the customer.
All merchandise returns are for
replacement or credit only. This credit may be applied to a future purchase.
A 50% restocking fee will apply to
any unauthorized returns or any merchandise not returned in original packaging
We will provide you with the
Return Merchandise Address to use when returning defective or damaged
merchandise.
